Question for anyone working with JSP
12/29/10 4:46 PM

I am using JSP with javaBean and I wish to put output into the Web Application logs not the ServletExec logs, if I use System.out it puts them in ServletEXEc logs, in jsp side I can use application.log but I don't know of a way to access the application log files from iside my Bean? Anybody have the solution to this?

In your JavaBean you will need to get access to the ServletContext object and call its log() method.
